Terms and Conditions – 7 Important Booking Rules You Must Know

Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions explain the rules that apply when you book a tour with Discover Egypt 360 (“we,” “us,” “our”). Before confirming any reservation, please take a few minutes to read through our Terms and Conditions carefully, as they protect both you and us throughout your journey across Egypt. By completing a booking on our website or through our team, you confirm that you accept these Terms and Conditions in full.

1. Booking Agreement

Under these Terms and Conditions, every booking made through Discover Egypt 360 — whether online, by email, or through a travel partner — forms a binding agreement between the traveler and our company. This agreement covers the tour services, dates, and pricing described at the time of booking. Once confirmed, your booking is subject to the payment and cancellation terms outlined on our Payment & Booking Policy and Refund & Cancellation Policy pages.

2. Traveler Responsibilities

Travelers are responsible for holding a valid passport, an appropriate Egypt visa, and any other documentation required for entry. You can check current visa requirements directly through Egypt’s official e-Visa portal. Discover Egypt 360 cannot be held responsible for denied entry resulting from incomplete or invalid travel documents.

3. Tour Changes & Itinerary Adjustments

We reserve the right to adjust itineraries when necessary due to weather, site closures, safety concerns, or other circumstances beyond our control. Whenever a change is required under these Terms and Conditions, our team will always aim to offer an equivalent experience of the same quality.

4. Liability

Discover Egypt 360 organizes tours in partnership with licensed local guides, drivers, cruise operators, and hotels. While we carefully vet every partner, we are not liable for injury, loss, or damage caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including accidents, natural events, or third-party service failures. Full details on how we handle traveler wellbeing are available on our Safety & Health Info page.

5. Traveler Conduct

All travelers are expected to follow their tour leader’s guidance and to respect Egyptian laws, local customs, and site regulations. Discover Egypt 360 reserves the right, under these Terms and Conditions, to remove any traveler whose behavior endangers themselves or others from a tour without refund.

6. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, and any disputes will be handled in accordance with Egyptian law.

7. Changes to These Terms

Discover Egypt 360 may revise these Terms and Conditions periodically to reflect new services or legal requirements. Continuing to use our website or services after updates are published means you accept the revised Terms and Conditions.
